The United State Postal recognized Wooden’s legendary feats with the John Wooden Forever Stamp commemorating his accomplishments with its unveiling on February 24, 2024 (just over a month ago) at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion.
Former players, family, fans and the media remembered his impact on the sport of basketball. His legacy lives on forever.
Coach Wooden stands alone with records including:
Four undefeated seasons (1963-1964, 1966-1967, 1971-1972, 1972-1973)
88 consecutive regular season game wins (1971-1974)
10 NCAA National Championships
